The Department of Haematology deals with laboratory examination of blood and body fluids - it performs basic and some special examinations in haematology, haemostasis and transfusiology. It also provides expert consultations in these fields. The department includes a blood bank.

We provide accredited sampling and analysis of all types of water and sediment. We offer chemical, radiochemical, microbiological and hydrobiological analyses.

Operation of the Department of Medical Microbiology. The laboratory is involved in the ECE interlaboratory comparison system.

The regional calibration workplace performs calibration of measuring instruments in the following fields: calibration of manual gauges, calibration of mobile RPB gauges, calibration of pressure gauges.
