The mission of the residential social service ARCHA Ostrava is to provide adults whose mental abilities do not allow independent living with individual support in meeting their needs leading to self-sufficiency.

Social service for adult men and women who have reduced self-sufficiency due to disability, whose situation requires regular assistance from another individual. Provision of accommodation, meals, household management, educational and acquisition activities.

People can enter sheltered housing after completing at least three months of treatment for addiction or after serving a sentence. The programme lasts 9 months. Users undergo mandatory 2-3 months of vocational rehabilitation, participate in support groups, enter employment, and repay their debts.

We provide social services and accommodation for the elderly. Single and double rooms with private bathroom facilities are available. We provide all-day boarding. We offer activation and social therapy activities. We provide assistance in coping with the normal tasks of caring for one's own person.

A community home for people with chronic mental illness, with disabilities without age restrictions. This service is provided 24 hours a day. The sheltered housing provides a comfortable environment. We organize charity fundraisers, adult interest groups, outings, and provide counseling.

Providing sheltered housing for people with learning and combined disabilities. The capacity of the accommodation is 11 people. Possibility of living in a single or double room, visiting a joiner's, weaver's, potter's or basket maker's workshop, hire of a service car.

Offering sheltered housing for people with intellectual or combined disabilities. We provide help and support to the client in spending their leisure time properly or help in finding their own housing. We support the client in going to work.
