Social Services of the City of Jičín is a contributory organization with legal personality. We operate a nursing service, a day-care centre, a home for the elderly, sheltered housing, a dormitory and an asylum.

We offer social services in the homes of the elderly and disabled, family and household services and many other activities. We provide a rental service for compensatory aids.

Our care service focuses on providing comprehensive care to seniors and people with disabilities in their home environment. We offer assistance with hygiene, homework and meals, making daily life easier and delaying the need for residential facilities.

We run a nursing home. We offer housing for the elderly and disabled in 56 apartments, of which 9 are wheelchair accessible. Each apartment has its own bathroom, which is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet. There is also a hallway and a living room with a kitchenette.

Services are provided to persons with mental, combined and chronic mental illness in residential services from 14 to 60 years of age, and in outpatient services from 7 to 60 years of age.
