We provide home health care in Polička and the surrounding area. All treatments are performed directly in patients’ homes based on a referral from their attending physician and are fully covered by health insurance. We provide wound dressing changes, injections, IVs, blood draws, ostomy and catheter care, medication management, and blood pressure monitoring.
