We conduct court hearings and first instance trials in criminal, civil, foreclosure, probate and guardianship matters. We accept requests for information pursuant to Act No. 106/1999 Coll. on free access to information, in the terms of the Ministry of Justice.

District courts have subject matter jurisdiction over most civil and criminal cases at first instance.
