We focus on solving culinary and gastronomy issues. We are engaged in protecting and promoting the legitimate interests of members of the association, organizing gastronomic events and more. We participate in the creation and amendment of legislation related to the field of gastronomy, educational activities and others.

Our aim is to propose and participate in the development of legislative and economic measures in relation to tourism. We promote the reputation and standards of the tourism industry. We fight against unfair competition and damage to the reputation of tourism in the Czech Republic.
