We provide clinical-biochemical and haematological examinations and teaching of clinical biochemistry and laboratory methods. We are engaged in scientific research and publishing activities.

The Department of Lifelong and Distance Learning Concepts coordinates activities and projects of the University of West Bohemia in the field of lifelong learning, e-learning and popularization of science. It provides organizational, methodological and technical support for e-learning at ZČU. The department provides courses for the public, companies and employees.

Consultancy on EU and other international educational projects, coordination of the ERASMUS+ programme, advice to foreign students, mediation of foreign contacts, information on scholarship opportunities abroad, organisation of a programme for foreign delegations.
