Four-year general high school with enhanced instruction in living languages (AJ, NJ, FJ). European class under the auspices of the French Embassy - teaching history and art history in French. We also teach Spanish and Russian. We strive for an individual approach to students.
The school implements an 8-year curriculum focusing on mathematics, physics and living languages, as well as a 4-year curriculum focusing on mathematics and physics. The school works closely with a number of universities. The school's students are also successful in international competitions.
The Nature School was established in 1993 as an alternative to the large state grammar schools. Our guiding philosophy is that the school should be a fulfilling life here and now, not just a preparation for a profession in the future, a place where everyone finds their place and can fulfil themselves regardless of age, talent or specialism.
Gymnasium offers a complete grammar school education - four, six and eight year courses culminating in a matriculation examination. The eight-year course focuses on language learning, personal development and deepening soft skills. Students take subjects such as business English, international relations, leadership, PR and more.
The school was founded in 1990 and belongs to a worldwide network of more than 140 German foreign schools. It has two sections. The German section of the school includes a kindergarten, an elementary school and a high school. In parallel, the school offers a Czech and a Czech-German gymnasium. School leaving is by passing the International Baccalaureate and the Czech Baccalaureate.
Studies are full-time four-year and six-year courses. In 2005, we became one of 16 pilot grammar schools in the country participating in the implementation of the school reform. Teaching in the 6-year course is designed as a general study with extended English language teaching.
We operate a comprehensive four year grammar school for visually impaired young people. Opportunities for pupils with or without other disabilities. We offer teaching of information and computer technology, English and German. We provide teaching of elective subjects: Latin, literature and language seminar.
