We operate a municipal library. We lend educational and children's literature, poetry, fiction and magazines. We have an online catalogue of books and internet access. We organise talks for children and literary competitions. We provide information about cultural events.

The primary school with a capacity of 240 pupils, a day care centre and a canteen, focuses on science, sports and technology. We organize trips, sports activities, discussions, visits to theatre performances, Christmas parties, visits to the transport playground, trips to the countryside and more.

We run a state primary school for 200 pupils with a day care and dining room. We offer drama, dyslexia, singing, floorball, art and religious clubs. We participate in sports competitions. We provide tutoring in Czech language and mathematics. We organize trips, excursions and swimming lessons.

We provide library, information and photocopying services. Internet access and an on-line catalogue of books are available. We lend books of fiction and non-fiction, magazines and CDs. We allow telephone and electronic book reservations. We organise literary and library events for schools.

Our nursery schools provide children with a varied learning experience in a friendly environment. We offer programs focused on teaching basic skills and personal development. Children also learn to swim and explore nature through various field trips. We look forward to shared experiences and parental support.

Youth home providing education, boarding and lodging. It is equipped with study rooms, computer technology, cinema room, kitchen and dining room. A gym is open in the free time, and there is the possibility to take part in interest groups such as football, table tennis, volleyball, gymnastics and swimming.

The primary school is a two-class school, with five grades of the first level. The legal entity combines an elementary school, a kindergarten, a day care centre and a school canteen. The school is housed in two buildings.
