The information centre of the protected landscape area Jeseníky is located in the spa village Karlova Studánka, directly below the highest mountain Praděd 1492 m above sea level. It includes an outdoor geological exhibition of rocks and minerals from the local mountains. It provides information about the nature of the Jeseníky Mountains and its protection.

The Children's Centre provides health and social protection services, including care, to the children placed. The centre includes medical, nursing, psychological, rehabilitation, educational and social care. Care is provided to children from the first days of life to the age of 3 years as a rule.
