Lending books and magazines. Internet is available to the public. The library also runs various courses, including knitting classes and Easter and Christmas baking.

We operate a primary school for 50 pupils. There is a nursery and canteen for children. There is a flute or English program for the pupils. The school also organizes sports, cultural and social events.

Primary school for 780 pupils with dining room, day care and club. We also focus on organizing vocational courses, training and other educational events, sports competitions and Olympiads.
