The Regional Hygiene Station is, in accordance with the provisions of Section 82(1) of Act No. 258/2000 Coll., on the Protection of Public Health and Amendments to Certain Related Acts, as amended (hereinafter referred to as "Act No. 258/2000 Coll."), an administrative authority operating in the administrative district of the South Moravian Region.
