The department provides the activities of the city - municipal authority in the field of general law. It performs state administration in the field of misdemeanour proceedings within the competence of the misdemeanour department, prepares the annual report according to Act No. 106/1999 Coll., on free access to information, as amended.

We deal with obtaining grants from EU funds, state funds, ministries, regional authorities and other donors for investment and non-investment projects of the town of Příbram.

The Department comprehensively ensures the performance of the population registration agenda, including administrative proceedings on applications for cancellation of the information on the place of permanent residence, the performance of the agenda of identity cards and travel documents and registry activities. It carries out administrative proceedings and issues decisions, and deals with offences in the field of defence of the Czech Republic.

Providing management of the information networks of the authority.

Cooperate with county fire department personnel in the emergency preparedness section of the district. We prepare documents for emergency plans and their updates, maintain data needed for evacuation, sheltering and emergency survival of residents. We maintain the SDH agenda and the City's archives.

Providing civil registration, population registration and traffic administration.

Providing civil registration and vital records, misdemeanor commission, permanent resident registration, czechpoint, document and signature verification, tree cutting permits, landscape and conservation, social worker, mailroom, copying, scanning, lost and found.

Provision of personnel and payroll services, application of internal control system, crisis management, housing, operation of mailroom, filing room.

City Management. The department handles all accounting, makes all payment transactions and maintains comprehensive tax records. It maintains records of all City property and collects local taxes.
