We ensure the implementation of the city's subsidy policy and public relations. We focus on the natural population changes that occur through births, deaths, marriage processes, registration and de-registration of permanent residents.

Internal control of the activities of the various departments and divisions of the authority and their use of the financial and material resources allocated to them. Coordination of the exercise of financial control. Responsible for the organisation of the work and activities of the department in the departments assigned to it, and for cooperation with other departments of the Office and with the State authorities.

We provide independent and objective review and evaluation of the operations of the internal control system of the municipality.

The Department includes the Public Relations Department, the Organizational Department, the Civil Defence and Protection Department, the Economic Administration Department and the Motor Transport Department. It deals with the development of the city's emergency plan, maintenance of CO shelters and the provision of an early warning system for residents. It takes care of the prevention of industrial accidents.

Providing registry and civil registration, deciding on name and surname changes, carrying out verification of signatures and copies of documents, maintaining an electronic filing system, issuing permits for the location and operation of gaming machines and resolving administrative offences.

The Finance Department handles the City's budget and accounting. Manages local fees and billing. It handles personnel, payroll, and public space encroachment.
