It handles requests for an extract from the trade register, for the revocation of a licence, for the completion of data and documents, and for the commencement or termination of activities in an establishment.

Commissioning and leading the development of the City's capital projects, ensuring their implementation and receiving applications for rezoning.

Providing construction and legal activities of the city. Issuance of zoning and building permits and notices for minor construction, alteration and maintenance work.

Management of the city's economy. Providing complete economic records of the revenues and expenditures of the Authority. Administration of local charges and funding for the operation of the Authority and its departments.

Providing civil registry and population registration. Providing activities related to issues of elections, identity cards and travel documents.
