Deals mainly with the management of immovable property of the City of Vimperk, whereby immovable property means land, houses, residential and non-residential premises. The Department submits to the city authorities, i.e. the City Council and the City Council, materials for decisions relating primarily to the disposition of city property.

Providing construction legal activities of the city.

The department provides activities in the areas of population registration, civil registry, misdemeanour, identity cards, travel documents, preparation and conduct of elections.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

Commissioning and leading the creation of investment projects of the city and ensuring their implementation. Handling routine matters, queries, complaints and suggestions from the public related to the maintenance and development of the city.

Maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda concerning driving schools and traffic offences. Deciding on the permanent or temporary withdrawal of a road vehicle from service. Approval of the technical fitness of a vehicle manufactured or converted individually.

The Office issues decisions on granting a concession, on suspension of the trade. Maintains the trade register. Decides on the revocation of a trade licence. Carries out trade control and imposes fines for breaches of obligations under the Trade Licensing Act.

Providing environmental protection in the areas of nature and landscape conservation, forestry, hunting, agricultural land protection, fisheries, plant and animal cruelty, veterinary care, water management, waste management and air protection.

The department mainly performs self-government activities for the town of Vimperk. It is responsible for drawing up annual budgets, including monitoring budget implementation, keeping the town's accounts, invoicing, recording the town's liabilities and their payment. It processes the city's payroll and statistical reports. Makes budget amendments.
