It also carries out vidimation and legalisation, and performs tasks in the field of elections, referendums and population censuses in the administrative district of the municipality of Jilemnice.

The department issues decisions on the granting of a concession, on the suspension of a trade. Maintains trade register. Registers agricultural entrepreneurs. Imposes and collects fines in block and administrative proceedings. Handles complaints and complaints in the field of trade business.
