We prepare the City's budget and, once approved, we break down and prepare detailed budgets and monitor their implementation, as well as prepare reports on budget and actual spending. We submit budget amendments.

We keep and process records of waste and how it is handled, grant consent for the handling of hazardous waste and check whether legal entities and private individuals use the waste collection and sorting system established by the city under contract.

The Office issues decisions on granting a licence, on suspension of the practice of a trade, maintains the trade register and accepts applications for registration or notifications in relation to the tax office or notifications of vacancies or their filling in relation to the employment office.

We carry out state administration in the field of construction, issue zoning decisions on the location of construction, change of land use, protection zone, division or consolidation of land, change of construction and on the change of the impact of construction on the use of land. We authorise constructions or their changes.
