The basic services of the department include the provision of civil registry and population registration. We handle name and surname changes, issuance of civil registry documents, consulting civil registry books, marriage, birth of children, divorces, deaths, permanent residences, passports, ID cards, etc.

We focus mainly on providing construction and legal activities. We deal with zoning proceedings and decision-making, building permits, approvals, supervision of the state of construction, permitting of landscaping, etc. Our services also include the imposition of penalties for offences against the building authority.
