Providing construction and legal activities of the city. Carrying out archiving of construction documentation and related documents as well as state construction supervision. Managing and developing the marking of spaces, streets and squares and assigning descriptive and registration numbers.

Commissioning and leading the creation of city investment projects and ensuring their implementation. Ensuring the economic use of natural and mineral resources, issuing consent for felling trees growing outside the forest and solving problems related to agriculture, hunting, fishing and nature conservation.
