We compile the draft budget of the city and continuous control of its compliance. We prepare analyses of the city's financial statements and final accounts. We prepare documents for council and city council meetings. Issue ordinances and regulations. We cooperate on projects related to the financial area.

The Department includes the Public Relations Department, the Organizational Department, the Civil Defence and Protection Department, the Economic Administration Department and the Motor Transport Department. It deals with the development of the city's emergency plan, maintenance of CO shelters and the provision of an early warning system for residents. It takes care of the prevention of industrial accidents.

We prepare and negotiate zoning and regulatory plans and their amendments in the city. We provide analytical documents and updates. We notify simple structures including landscaping, equipment and maintenance work. We handle misdemeanors and legal infractions.

The workload of the department includes all activities related to issues of identity cards, travel documents, driving licenses, examiners, civil registration, vehicle registration, misdemeanors and registry.

We are involved in the funding of budgeting for the education department and contributory organizations. We draft budgets and review financial statements and manage funds appropriated by the city. We collect and process data from documentation for schools and educational institutions.

We are involved in the management and maintenance of traffic signs, local roads, playgrounds, urban greenery and storm drains.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.

We provide the performance of government administration in the field of trade business. We carry out control activities and maintain the trade register. We provide comprehensive handling of trade agenda within the meaning of the Act on Trade Enterprise and the Act on Agriculture.

The city is located at an altitude of 218 metres and has a population of 95,003. The city government is divided into four municipal districts. We organize cultural and sporting events. There are four hiking trails with audio guide.
