Providing management of the city's public spaces and roads. The Services Department also oversees smooth communication with Kroměříž Technical Services and Biopas, which provides domestic waste collection and the operation of the collection yard. It ensures the maintenance of greenery, public areas and children's playgrounds.

The municipality performs the tasks of the municipal authority of the municipality with extended competence in the delegated competence on the territory of the whole city.
