Performs state administration in the field of traffic violations, ID cards, travel documents and organizes elections. Providing civil registry and population registration. Carrying out the tasks of cancellation and registration of permanent residence.

Providing construction legal services for the city. Issues decisions on the location of buildings or facilities and on changes in land use. Assigns street names, descriptive, landmark and registration numbers. The Investment and Development Department provides pre-project and project preparation for the City's investments and major repairs.

Providing building and environmental management services to the city.

Managing civil registry, population registration, providing services related to travel documents, ID cards, vidimation and legalization.

Maintenance of the vehicle register, performance of state professional supervision in road transport, administration of the agenda relating to driving schools and traffic offences. The department administers local motor vehicle permit fees.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.
