Deals mainly with the management of immovable property of the City of Vimperk, whereby immovable property means land, houses, residential and non-residential premises. The department provides certification of signatures and documents, requests for an extract from the criminal register, keeping and administration of civil registers, registration of births, marriages, deaths in civil registers, processing of documents for registration of civil events outside the republic for the Special Registry Office Brno and weddings in the civil registry district.

Providing construction and legal activities of the city. Comprehensive performance of government administration in the field of construction and planning in the city district.

Managing the city's property and property relations. Investment and non-investment construction, repair and maintenance of buildings owned by the city, real estate registration, management of housing and non-housing fund. Permitting of trenching of local roads.

The department mainly performs self-government activities for the town of Vimperk. It is responsible for drawing up annual budgets, including monitoring budget implementation, keeping the town's accounts, invoicing, recording the town's liabilities and their payment. It processes the city's payroll and statistical reports. Makes budget amendments.

Care for disabled citizens and social protection of children. We deal with minority issues. We keep records of the city's property in the field of health and social affairs.
