We provide social and health services to the citizens of the city and surrounding communities. We help people in material, social, mental and spiritual need.

The home care service is here for people who, due to illness, a health limitation, or advanced age, cannot manage in their home environment without the help of others. Personal assistance is available to anyone who, despite health and age-related limitations or other challenges, wants to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

We offer social assistance for fellow citizens in a difficult life situation who find themselves without a roof over their heads. We focus on motivating people to actively solve their own situation, support and strengthening of psychological self-sufficiency. We provide clothing from the humanitarian wardrobe and arrange accommodation.

The Association of Municipalities is a voluntary association of municipalities within the meaning of Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on Municipalities. Its mission is mainly to ensure the provision of health care (through its own organisation Poličská nemocnice, s.r.o.) and the provision of social care and social services.

We provide a social service in a shelter for pregnant women in distress. The shelter is also available to mothers with children under the age of seven. The total capacity of the home is 14 beds.

We operate a men's shelter with a capacity of 24 beds. We provide temporary accommodation. We provide support for independence in normal daily activities such as cleaning, laundry, ironing, personal hygiene, food preparation, etc. and help with integration into everyday life.

We provide comprehensive therapeutic, preventive, nursing, educational and rehabilitation care to children at risk, neglected or abused. There are 33 beds and 5 beds for mothers with children. It offers short-term stays. We organize cultural and social events.

Providing assistance to people in difficult life situation. Operation of a low-threshold facility for children and young people from 6 to 16 years of age. Collection and distribution of food and clothing. Focusing on preventing gambling, vandalism, crime or drug addiction.

Mission of the organization: to promote and develop foster family care and host care for children in orphanages with the main goal of fulfilling the right and need of children to live with their families. Activities: services for foster, host and adoptive parents, educational and awareness-raising events, events for children and counselling.
