It promotes exceptional performances of Leoš Janáček's original music and spreads awareness of his life and work. It finances the digitisation of the Janáček Archive, the restoration of documents, and operates the Leoš Janáček Memorial in Hukvaldy. It supports the creation of new expositions and exhibitions and has long been working to build the LJ Museum.

Promotes the development of free and quality education as the foundation of a healthy civil society based on the principles of democracy, solidarity and responsibility. Provides programs for colleges and high schools.
