The interiors of the apartment have been preserved almost complete, including a unique and rare set of original Loos-designed free-standing furniture.

The Kraus' apartment is part of the Adolf Loos Plzeň tour routes. The interior was created for the chemical engineer Vilém Kraus and his wife Gertrude between 1930 and 1931.
