The services of the Citizens' Advice Centre are intended for all people who are in an unfavourable social or life situation or who are threatened with such a situation, who cannot solve the situation themselves and who need help. The services are free of charge.

We are a group of enthusiasts and volunteers dedicated to supporting and working with local organisations. Our main goal is to help where the need is greatest. We offer help in a variety of areas and actively involve people in good causes.

Our main activity is supporting foster parents and families with children through social activation services. We focus on protecting and improving care for at-risk children and young people. We strive to provide stability and support to the families we work with in order to improve their living conditions.

The organization provides medical, rescue, social and humanitarian services, organizes and supports social and health education for youth.

The Citizens' Advice Bureau provides advice, information and assistance to citizens who find themselves in a difficult social situation. It seeks to ensure that citizens do not suffer from ignorance of their rights and obligations, lack of knowledge of the services available or the inability to express their needs or defend their legitimate interests.
