We run a planetarium. We offer programs for schools and the public. The hall has 41 seats.

We run an observatory. We offer afternoon solar viewing and evening stargazing.

Watch the Sun and the night sky with us with large telescopes. For the public and schools we organize popular educational lectures and tours with interactive panels. As a specialist department we carry out observations of satellites and star occultations. The program runs even in inclement weather.

Technical Club Žatec, where you can find Science on a sphere, which is designed for teaching geography, geology, astronomy, ecology and environment. There is also the Digitarium, which is designed especially for teaching science and engineering, especially physics with an emphasis on astronomy, space, physics and robotics.
