We are dedicated to promoting and protecting the labor, social, health, cultural, personal and other rights, legitimate interests and needs of our members. We organize professional trainings, discussions and lectures. We provide counselling. We represent members in relation to institutions and international organisations.

Provision of employment advice, support and social security to members. Furthermore, providing methodological and advisory activities to members of the association on OSH issues and providing OSH information to plant inspectors at least once a year in the form of seminars and training.

We focus on the protection and promotion of the labour, wage and social interests of the members of the union. We organize sporting events, seminars and recreation for members.

Organizational unit with its own legal personality representing employees, in their legitimate labor, wage and social interests. We associate and represent employees of several engineering companies in the Český Krumlov region. We help, advise, negotiate collective agreements.
