Provision of employment advice, support and social security to members. Furthermore, providing methodological and advisory activities to members of the association on OSH issues and providing OSH information to plant inspectors at least once a year in the form of seminars and training.

Operation of an organization whose members are employees of the Railway Administration State Organization, ČD, a.s., ČD Cargo, a.s., JHMD, a.s. and retirees from the aforementioned companies. Every year it organizes several cultural and sports events.

We are dedicated to promoting and protecting the labor, social, health, cultural, personal and other rights, legitimate interests and needs of our members. We organize professional trainings, discussions and lectures. We provide counselling. We represent members in relation to institutions and international organisations.
