The organization makes decisions about pension and sickness insurance benefits or the return of benefits. It collects insurance premiums and state employment policy contributions, acts in court, performs tasks in the payment of benefits abroad and ensures the issue of forms.

We provide specialist social counselling for the elderly, people in crisis, families with children, people without shelter or at risk of social exclusion or living in socially excluded communities or ethnic minorities.

Provision of social, professional, interpreting and social activation services for people with hearing impairment. Lending of compensatory aids. Offer of Czech sign language courses.

We provide social, psychological, psychosocial and socio-legal counselling.

We provide support to people with hearing and combined disabilities in the form of social services to help them integrate into society. We offer social rehabilitation, specialist social counselling and interpreting services. We operate throughout the Czech Republic both in the field and on an outpatient basis.

We ensure the availability and quality of social services in the Kamenná housing estate. We strive to achieve improvement of the situation of the residents and ultimately the overall rehabilitation of the zone.
