The activities of the Postřekov Ethnographic Ensemble are based on an almost ninety-year tradition, on the direct legacy of the ancestors. It tries to preserve and present this tradition in its original unchanged form.

Running a patriotic charitable barrack club. The activities of the association are mainly focused on maintaining old traditions and customs, organizing various entertaining and humanitarian events with the idea of helping others. We organize carnivals, summer festivals, events for children, St. Wenceslas pilgrimages and other events.

We run a children's group, organize programs and events for families, children, and the general public, and pride ourselves on working with the community and other organizations in the community.

We operate a cultural associate focusing on repair and renovation of cultural and historical sites in the community. The association also organizes annual events for children such as children's days, children's fancy dress, drakiads and more. We try to maintain traditional village festivals and preserve the original regional varieties of fruit trees.

Our organization focuses on citizen measurements and presentation of sites with potentially elevated radioactivity. We display the measured values on a map and add photos of the places where we have measured.
