The organisation brings together people with disabilities, particularly physical disabilities. It defends the needs and interests of PWDs and the elderly. We offer professional social counselling. We provide swimming, exercise and rehabilitation for the disabled. We sell Eurokeys.

We operate a town library. We lend educational and children's literature, poetry, fiction and magazines. We have an online catalogue of books and internet access. We provide lending, bibliographic information and interlibrary loan services. We organize literary talks and events for the public.
