The village is located at an elevation of 445 metres and has a population of 108. The village has a school building, a local fire station, two chapels, and a library. We are a member of the voluntary association of villages of the microregion Netolicka.

Primary school with a capacity of 660 pupils. There is a canteen, after school club and the opportunity to attend art, sports or drama clubs. We organize talks, openings, theatre performances, lantern parades and others. We arrange rentals of the gym, playground, computer room and more.

Operation of an association of persons engaged in research in theology and related fields. We work on the preparation of pan-European thematic congresses and on the publication of the international Bulletin ET. Our aim is to develop the specific integrity of Catholic theology.
