We run a kindergarten with three classes for 84 children. There is a garden with a slide and climbing frames. We offer a belly dancing and choral singing club. We organize children's events and trips to nature and culture.

Volunteer Fire Department.

A family-type primary school with a capacity of 200 pupils with a nursery for 62 children and a dining room. Offering a choral singing and belly dancing club including English language tuition. We organize summer suburban camps, sports tournaments and trips. We publish a school magazine. There is a school library.

The first written report dates back to 1381. The village is located at an altitude of 375 metres. The village has a health centre, a fire brigade, a tennis club, a multi-purpose playground and a Czech Tourist Club.
