The first written report dates back to 1661. The village is located at an altitude of 460 metres. We provide Czech POINT services.

Running a physical education unit focusing on sports activities for residents of the village and surrounding area. We have a club divided into groups of preparatory, pupils, adolescents and adults. Our main focus is cross-country skiing.

We run a primary 1 school with a capacity of 68 pupils with a nursery for 38 children and a dining room. We offer a ceramics and sports club including oriental dance. We teach English as a compulsory subject. We visit museums or theatres. We organize trips.
