The village of Medonosy is located in the district of Melnik, Central Bohemia Region. It has 138 inhabitants. It is located 8 km west of the town of Štětí, 14 km south of the town of Mělník, 18 km west of the town of Roudnice nad Labem and 23 km north of the town of Česká Lípa. Liběchovka, one of the important streams of Dubský Švýcarsko, flows through the village.

We provide comprehensive therapeutic care to children and adults with neurodevelopmental disorders and their families. We also focus on training and mentoring helping professionals in the field of complex care. Our specialties include special education outdoor therapy, farming therapy, and animal assisted therapy.

Outreach and outpatient social service provided to families with children who find themselves in an unfavourable social situation, when the development of children is threatened as a result of the effects of a long-term crisis social situation, which the family cannot overcome with its own strength and when there are other risks of threatening the development of children.
