Bistro operation.

The bistro offers coffee, homemade lemonades and ciders, alcoholic and other beverages. The food is always freshly prepared. At the Barn you can stay in a room with its own kitchenette. The Barn is situated in a sunny location right next to the DETOA ski lift, which is especially suitable for children and beginners.

Fragrant pastries made from the finest flour and fine coffee are just the beginning. In Bistro Pernerka we serve delicious baked baguettes, honest meatloaf, grilled sausages and other dishes according to the current menu. You can find the current menu on our Facebook and Instagram.

We run a cosy bistro offering delicious coffee specialities and homemade pastries. With our friends and children we try to create a pleasant atmosphere for every visitor. Our passion for cooking and interior design brings a unique experience that you will love.

Authentic Southeast Asian street food. Homemade recipes without semi-finished products, Khao Soi soup or Vietnamese beef Pho, Laab Gai salad, rolls, chicken satay, different variations with noodles and rice through Wrap to burger and fries.

We operate a buffet in Desna with a daily menu.

We operate a snack stand. We offer beers from small breweries and a simple food menu. We bake our own cakes, muffins, cookies.

Self-service shop with a service counter for cold cuts, a wide selection of baked goods, fruits and vegetables. You will also find a wide selection of drinks, alcohol. We also sell toys and stationery, consumer goods. In front of the shop we have a stand with Opočno ice cream, hot dogs, ice chips and Frappé.

Bistro Koláček is a desserts of its own production, a selection of bakery, artisan bread and delicacies. From Monday to Saturday we prepare great breakfast and brunch. We also offer extraordinary artisan catering for your celebrations or corporate events.
