Cook hot meals, soups and prepare fresh salads. We specialize in selling organic food and health food. We offer whole grain cereals, pasta, tofu, seitan, robi, cereal and legume spreads, seaweed, various types of muesli, cereal drinks, porridges, fruit and vegetable juices.
The catering operation provides daily lunches for over 300 hospital employees. Outside boarders can also sign up for meals, and in cooperation with the nursing service, delivery of lunches to clients' homes can be arranged.
