We run a healthy lifestyle studio focusing on physical activities for children, adults and groups, pregnancy exercise or swimming with babysitting. Offering pilates, zumba and yoga classes. We offer seminars and training.

We provide clubs for children from 4 months to 7 years, babysitting, maternity and family support, lectures for parents.

Children aged 2 to 6 years old can visit the nursery free of charge, every weekday from 8am to 12pm. There is an opportunity for children to spend their free time actively, to gradually integrate into the children's group, to make new friendships, to gain experience, ideas and suggestions.
