The ruins of Přimda Castle stand on top of a rocky ridge above the town of the same name in the northern part of the Bohemian Forest. The first mention of Přimda dates back to 1121. Přimda is thus considered the oldest stone castle on our territory.

The first mention of the Tachov hillfort dates back to 1126. We also provide tours and organize short-term exhibitions for visitors.

On a rocky promontory above the wooded valley of the Hadovka stream near Okrouhlo Hradiště in the Tachov region is the romantic ruin of Gutštejn Castle, which was founded here around 1300 as the ancestral seat of the Lords of Gutštejn.
