We offer tours of four richly equipped historical routes and the adjacent castle park. For example, the fairy tales The Most Beautiful Riddle and The Magic of Kings were filmed in the castle. During the year, the castle organises cultural events.

The ruins of a Gothic castle, named after the hill on which it was built in the second half of the 13th century. The first written mention dates back to 1318. Remains of several fortifications, buildings and the castle tower have been preserved until today. The only building that has survived in a better condition is the purgatory, which is now a museum.

Offer tours of the castle where the Arabela series was filmed. The castle complex stood on Kunětice Mountain as early as the second half of the 14th century. Staré Ždánice Chateau, the former residence of Ždánice millers from 1877, later rebuilt by Baron Nathaniel Philippe de Aras into a romantic chateau. The chateau is open to the public during cultural events and guided tours.

The Museum of the Bohemian Countryside, a branch of the National Museum of Agriculture, is housed in Kačina Castle, one of the most important Empire buildings in the Czech Republic. The museum offers several guided tours or independent exhibitions. Throughout the year you can visit events or theatre performances.

In the rococo castle you will see an exhibition of furniture art and private rooms of the owners. We organize romantic wedding ceremonies. There is a castle park with a cloister and a stable with riding lessons.
