The former Jesuit college houses a permanent exhibition of paintings by Ludvík Kuba. The gallery presents a thematic section of his rich oeuvre. A new museum exhibition for children and adults, Puppetry in Březnice, is partly dedicated to the puppeteer of the Prácheň region, Arnoště Kopecká.

The museum is located in the historic Kopack House right on the square. The Blatná City Museum is located in the historic centre of Blatná in a pink building at 212 Míru Square near the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary and near the Blatná Castle. On the 1st floor of this building there are exhibition spaces, where you will find the permanent exhibition Museum of All Senses and various short-term exhibitions.

The museum was established in October 2018 in the historic Waterworks "Black" Tower building. It is primarily dedicated to Josef Tomáš Škoda, M.D., an eminent physician who was born in the Water Tower and whose birth room houses an exhibit dedicated to him.

The town museum is located in the west and north wings of the castle. It offers a year-round permanent exhibition of regional mineralogy and mining "With mind and hammer", an unconventional exhibition of marionettes "Centenary Pimples", or an interactive craft workshop. Every year the museum prepares seasonal exhibitions and provides tours of the castle.

The museum documents the mining of iron ore in the Nučica area. The exhibits remind the history of the village, the history of social, sports and other organizations or associations. There is also a gallery of paintings and works by Professor Arnošt Paderlík, a native and honorary citizen of Nučice.

The Prácheň Museum has been housed in the historic building of the former royal castle since 1902. The museum represents the cultural and natural heritage of the Prague Region and Písek. The museum also includes a professional library, a museum shop and an accompanying programme of lectures and events for the public.
