In our Lace Centre we focus on the beauty of bobbin lace from the Bohemian Erzgebirge. We offer not only exhibitions, but also the opportunity to stroke the lace and explore its art. We look forward to your visit and would love to introduce you to our passion for lace.

The Municipal Office houses a glove-making exhibition with around 300 exhibits, including machines. The museum commemorates the art of the Abertamian glove makers, who became famous for their glove production in this country and worldwide. The exposition mainly maps the history of this industry in the Ore Mountains.

We run a mini museum of mining. The exhibition includes minerals mainly from the Ore Mountains, old mining lamps, kahans and more.

Mining Museum Operation.

We operate the Royal Mint Museum. The permanent exhibition is dedicated to the history of Jáchymov, examples of the mineral wealth of the Ore Mountains, silver mining with a moving model of mining activity.
