Visitors can see newly prepared exhibitions dedicated to the history of Holýšov and the history of World War II in Holýšov. The guide through our exhibition is a little boy Johann, who really lived in our farmhouse in the past and experienced the turbulent history of the first half of the 20th century.

In the open-air museum you will find a Celtic manor house, granary, craft workshops, a cairn, a sanctuary and a stone railing.

We operate a museum that showcases 67 craft workshops and trades with over 7500 exhibits. Guided tours with expert interpretation are available. We operate a pottery workshop offering self-made ceramic objects. We sell a wide range of souvenirs.

Permanent exposition of Josef Dobrovsky, history of the village of Chudenice and the Czernin family and the memorial hall of Jaroslav Kvapil or the exposition of Jan Roubal. The museum's expositions mention all those who contributed to the creation of the basis for modern Czech national education from Dobner to Dobrovský.
