There are also exhibits not related to firefighting, but connected with Hoštice, for example from director Zdenek Troška and Czech country legend Michal Tučný.

The more modern history of horse breeding in Písek began in 1902, when breeding stallions were placed in the newly built stud farm, but the first mention of a stallion station dates back to 1811. The stud farm in Písek is a unique building and breeding facility, a national cultural monument since 2010.
