The House of Nature of the Bohemian Karst is designed not only to serve as an entrance area to the Koněprus Caves, but also to meet all the needs of visitors and to provide sufficient facilities for the staff of the Koněprus Caves Administration.

We operate a museum with an exhibition of historic table or wall clocks and watches, regulators, pocket and wrist chronometers, alarm clocks and tower machines. I also deal with buying and selling clocks. We provide professional advice.

In the museum you can see an exhibition on the history of the village and other exhibitions dedicated to crafts, beekeeping.

Operation of an open-air museum focusing on the history of the use of rail transport in the extraction of raw materials. The open-air museum also includes a reconstructed quarry track. We offer the opportunity to see small exhibits including trolleys, lamps and other accessories of the cableway.

Visitors will learn about the legend of the founding of Tetín by one of Kroc's daughters, Teta, the beginning of Christianity and the stay of the first Přemyslids in Tetín. There are documents relating to the spiritual legacy of St. Ludmilla, who brought up the future princes Wenceslas and Boleslaus here.

Karlštejn Castle, founded in 1348, occupies a very special position among Czech castles. We offer a tour of the Gothic castle, which was built by the Czech king and Roman emperor Charles IV as a place to store royal treasures, especially collections of holy relics and imperial crown jewels.

The Koněprusské Caves are located in Central Bohemia, seven kilometres south of Beroun in the protected area of the Bohemian Karst Protected Landscape Area, near the castles of Křivoklát and Karlštejn. They were discovered in 1950 and opened to the public in 1959.
