The museum is located in a house that belonged to the famous Abel glass family. The basis of the exhibition consists of furniture, paintings and crockery from their family estate. The glass on display comes mainly from the Abel glassworks. The exposition also recalls the tradition of the pottery and the death boards are also interesting.

The first part of the exposition presents the culture and religion of the Jewish population in the West Bohemian border region.
