We also provide engineering activities, negotiations with authorities and execution of building permits. We offer technical and authorial supervision of the investor.

I provide services as a structural engineer. I offer construction schedule creation and adherence, assignment and coordination of work activities, maintenance of construction log, creation of technological procedures or communication with the investor. I perform inspection of subcontractor billing and OSHA compliance.

We offer representation of the investor during inspection of the execution of works and deliveries or during their acceptance from the contractor, in negotiations with the designer and with the relevant state authorities. We will supervise the compliance of the works carried out with the certified project documentation and the conditions of the issued building permit.

We provide construction supervision, budget control and invoicing for construction work. We offer the services of a health and safety coordinator. We provide contract awarding, selection of construction contractors, cooperation with the designer and building permits. I provide photo documentation during construction and organization of inspection days.

I offer consistent construction budgets, construction budgeting, list of works and supplies according to Decree 169/2016, statement of dimensions.

We carry out complex surveying work such as building marking plans, land subdivision, land boundary changes and marking out easements. We offer map documents for designers. We provide legal advice in the field of land law.
